Delete Account

You have the right to access your personal data anytime, request detailed updates, and opt out of marketing messages very easily.

How to Delete Your Account:

We do not currently have an automated delete option inside the mobile app. To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

• Email support@serutrainingcourse.co.uk
• Use the subject line: Delete My Account
• Include your full name, registered contact number and email address in the message.

What happens next:

• We will confirm your request within 3 days.
• Your account will be securely deleted within 14 working days.
• All your personal data and course progress will be permanently removed.

Google Play retains purchase history independently. To delete your Google Play data:

• Visit play.google.com → Account → Order History
• Contact Google Play support for data deletion requests
• Google retains data according to their privacy policy
